Jigsaw Orders Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the Jigsaw Orders development team (“Jigsaw Orders,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Jigsaw Orders mobile game (the “App”), package com.jigsaw.order.game.free.
1. Information stored by the App
The App does not require an account and does not ask for your name, phone number, or address. Puzzle progress, completed-order gallery records, privacy-consent status, downloaded configuration, and cached puzzle images are stored locally on your device. We do not receive this local gameplay data unless you choose to include relevant information in a support request.
2. Advertising information
After you review the in-app disclosure and consent to advertising services, the App initializes the TopOn advertising SDK. TopOn and the advertising demand partners enabled in our TopOn account may collect, process, or receive:
- Device or other identifiers, including the Google advertising identifier where available.
- IP address and approximate location inferred from the IP address.
- Device and connection information, such as device model, operating system version, language, time zone, network type, and screen characteristics.
- Advertising interactions and delivery information, including ad requests, impressions, clicks, and related timestamps.
- Diagnostic, security, and fraud-prevention information.
This information is used to deliver contextual or personalized ads where permitted, measure ad performance, manage ad frequency, diagnose failures, and prevent fraud or abuse. Advertising information may be shared with TopOn and the demand partners that serve an ad. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies and your device or regional privacy choices. We do not sell personal information ourselves. We do not initialize TopOn before you consent. If you select “Do not agree and exit,” the App closes without initializing the advertising SDK.
3. Content delivery and network data
The App downloads puzzle configuration and images from Amazon Web Services (AWS) CloudFront. Like most network services, AWS may process standard request information such as IP address, request time, requested file, device or browser network information, and service logs to deliver content, maintain security, and operate its infrastructure. 4. Support communications
If you contact us, we receive the email address and information you choose to provide. We use it only to answer the request, troubleshoot the App, protect our rights, or comply with law.
5. Legal bases and choices
Where applicable, advertising processing that requires consent is based on your consent. Security, fraud prevention, support, and reliable content delivery are handled as necessary for our legitimate interests, to provide the App, or to comply with law.
- You may decline the in-app advertising disclosure before the SDK is initialized.
- You can clear the App’s storage or uninstall the App to remove local progress, cached content, and the locally saved consent choice.
- Android settings allow you to reset or delete the advertising ID and manage supported ad-personalization or privacy controls.
- You can contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or other rights available in your jurisdiction.
Because the App has no user account, there is no separate account-deletion process. Requests concerning third-party advertising data may also need to be directed to the relevant provider.
6. Retention
Local gameplay and cached content remain on your device until the App clears or replaces them, you clear the App’s storage, or you uninstall the App. Support communications are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and meet legal, security, or recordkeeping obligations. Advertising and delivery providers retain information under their own policies and settings.
7. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS for the configured content and privacy-policy endpoints. No system is completely secure. Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live, subject to their legal safeguards.
8. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, our providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy at this URL and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be presented in the App where required.

- 设备或其他标识符，包括可用时的 Google 广告标识符；
- IP 地址以及根据 IP 地址推断的大致位置；
- 设备型号、系统版本、语言、时区、网络类型和屏幕特征等设备与连接信息；
- 广告请求、展示、点击及相关时间等广告互动与投放信息；
- 诊断、安全和反欺诈信息。
上述信息用于在法律允许的情况下投放情境化或个性化广告、衡量广告效果、控制展示频率、 排查故障以及防止欺诈或滥用。广告信息可能与 TopOn 及实际提供广告的需求合作方共享。 这些第三方将依据其自身政策及您的设备或地区隐私选择处理信息。详情请参阅 TopOn 隐私政策。
我们自身不会出售个人信息。在您同意之前，我们不会初始化 TopOn。如果您选择 “不同意并退出”，本应用会在不初始化广告 SDK 的情况下关闭。
三、内容分发与网络数据
本应用通过 Amazon Web Services（AWS）CloudFront 下载拼图配置和图片。与多数网络服务类似， AWS 可能处理 IP 地址、请求时间、请求文件、设备或浏览器网络信息及服务日志等标准请求信息， 用于分发内容、维护安全和运行基础设施。详情请参阅 AWS 隐私声明。
四、支持沟通
如果您联系我们，我们会收到您的邮箱地址以及您主动提供的信息。我们仅使用这些信息回复请求、 排查本应用问题、保护合法权益或履行法律义务。
五、处理依据与您的选择
在适用法律要求的情况下，需要同意的广告处理以您的同意为依据。安全、反欺诈、支持和可靠的 内容分发，会根据提供本应用所需、我们的合法利益或法律义务进行处理。
- 您可以在广告 SDK 初始化前拒绝应用内广告说明；
- 您可以清除本应用存储或卸载本应用，以删除本地进度、缓存内容及本地保存的同意选择；
- 您可以在 Android 设置中重置或删除广告标识符，并管理设备支持的广告个性化或隐私选项；
- 您可以联系我们，行使所在地区适用的访问、更正、删除、反对、限制处理等权利。
由于本应用没有用户账号，因此不存在单独的账号删除流程。涉及第三方广告数据的请求， 可能还需要向相应服务提供商提出。
六、保留期限
本地游戏数据和缓存内容会保留在您的设备上，直至本应用清除或替换、您清除应用存储， 或您卸载本应用。支持沟通仅在解决请求以及满足法律、安全或记录保存义务所合理需要的期限内 保留。广告与内容分发服务商会依照其自身政策和设置保留信息。
七、安全与跨境处理
我们采用合理的技术和组织措施，包括为已配置的内容及隐私政策地址使用 HTTPS。 但任何系统都无法保证绝对安全。我们的服务提供商可能在您居住国家或地区以外处理信息， 并依据其适用的法律保障措施进行处理。
八、儿童隐私
本应用并非面向 13 周岁以下儿童。我们不会有意直接收集 13 周岁以下儿童的个人信息。 如果您认为儿童向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们，我们会进行核查并在法律要求时予以删除。
九、本政策的变更
当本应用、服务商或法律要求发生变化时，我们可能更新本隐私政策。更新后的政策会发布在本网址， 并修改“最后更新日期”；如法律要求，我们也会在本应用内提示重大变更。
